holy shit DG that's a decent tear in the shoulder, what happened??
Burpees are going alright "beginner" burpees are a easy as "advanced" ones kick your ass....
It's the munchies that need to stop, 4 weeks to loose 10kg now... ideally anyway..

It's the munchies that need to stop, 4 weeks to loose 10kg now... ideally anyway.. I will fill in the blanks after speaking to the insurance folks... In a nutshell, I got tossed over the bars, temple first then directly onto my shoulder... there was oil in the turn and I had a good 10 inch rear wheel step out...almost saved it....then the sounds of what minic cracking thunder and hail combined with sparks, grinding metal and tarmac shards raining all around in a millisecond....The other guys have traction control and were able to allow the electronics to do their magic keeping them upright (and some good skills). Ill spill once all is finalized.. Just keep the body moving.... Munching is sooo easy to get wrapped into...keep baby carrots nearby.... broccoli (more vitamin C than citrus) and one wipe poops! Who doesn't want that? DG
