Um hello, I just found this little forum thingy and wanted to introduce myself. Im DJ, I like to ride mopeds, I work at a grow farm and do not really do much at all. I like long walks on the beach, sunsets by myself, watching netflix and basically laying around being lazy!!!!!!!!

The s10. Spent 2 years fucking with this little truck, system, suspension, built a 350 to install, 4l80e but then with the divorce and moving all around I just gave this truck to a guy down on ?South Padre Island that needed a vehicle for him and his family.

Then I went and bought another TL1000R for 200 bucks. Had a cracked frame, I am now about 1800-2000 into it. 







Then I found a 2005 Buell XB9SX that had been laid down with a trans issue. Took 30 min to fix trans issues, now I am redoing the plastics, rear sub frame swap and tuning





I still have my FZ10 and few other toys in the garage.

Just finished the tail swap on the buell. Waiting for the fairings and pillion cover to come in.

That red truck looks amazing, we dont get nothing like that over here. get some old holden panel vans Camo will tell you more i am pretty shit on aussie vehicles. They get a bit of a cult following here.

Shit everything is better after the divorce. We r back together and better than we have ever been. The divorce is why i had to give away that little red truck. Cleaned out my house in southern texas to rent it and have no place to store it. Gotta sell the motor and trans that i built for it. But the truck went to a good family. The guy i gave it to needed it, he works his ass of and makes shit money down there. U should of seen his eyes when we were talking and i just threw him the keys and said keep it, take care of ur fam. Went inside and got the title, came out and he was about to cry. Felt good to help someone out like that.

Yeah the 10 has been one of the bikes i have kept the longest, think ive had it for almost 3 years. It just sits now. I ripped the radiator and havent fixed it with having the other 2. Will get around to it this winter!

U setting ur squish? What’s ur fueling like. Send pics of the piston. U blowing rings, burning pistons, bearing failure. The pics will tell alot.

squish is between 0.65mm and 0.67mm (i change piston every 500kms or so), its about 47hp and its a 125cc hahah its tuned to death. called it 50hp for argument sake thats 400hp per 1000cc.

as you can see...not much carbon ontop of piton, no hot spots underneath where it would get black if timing wrong etc. an only nipping across teh exhaust....fucking slut it is

Fuck with that much hp out of a 125 maybe that should b expected. Lol. Hmmmm id have to think about it for a while. Maybe go to my buddy with pics and ask him. He is huge into racing 2 stroke dirt bikes. Maybe he might have a few ideas.

I cleaned up barrel with acid and its my spare now. Just the other replate.. im slapping it in now

did you watch the video in the other thread... the slut hammers - so i guess a few breaks is expected... i only get 1500kms out of the crank then the bearings are clicking and ready to send the cage through the engine.

This all happening with the same cylinder? Maybe look at the bore. I have seen some of the dirtbikes we were working on with shit bores. Tapered, even one that was twisted. Idk tho

yeah i explored everything... i really think its just the make up in the pistons and teh fact they are not designed for an exhaust bridge... i am half tempted to file a flat on the bridge area of teh piston to allow for extra expansion... un conventional i know but if i can them working i am paying half price for pistons. so far the cost saving as wrecked 2 barrels so they havent sved fuckall and te ear ache the missis gives when i come home with my tail between the legs is getting old.

What r u mixing ur fuel at? I wonder with that scaring if theres not enough lubrication. Idk but that side scoring is horrible.
