Can't see the french wizard Zarco weaving much magic at KTM. I think if there was an opening at a Satellite Yamaha or Honda he'd be gone. Shame he isn't able to get on a Suzuki.
Fabio the rookie sensation must be on the top step this year. They keep mentioning how rookie friendly that bike is but he's smoked the best on 1 lap speed. Freak!
And Rossi. Fucken Rossi... He's promoting all these young riders and bringing them through but I kinda feel he's a choke point at the top. Yamaha came out during the break and openly said he's not the future of Yamaha and that he'll give them indications when he's ready to step away. Assen 2017 was his last win. What sorta indication do you reckon they're looking for that he's done? For the last two years it's been "ehhhh the bike is no so good and I cannot arrive on the podium ehhhhhh or ride at my maximum". Yamaha even apologized??
Yet this year, it's obvious the bike can be ridden quickly but lacks a little top end pull. And Rossi's early form has evaporated the longer the season has moved along. He was the greatest to do it but he's now just selling merch in my opinion. I hope his form improves as it's getting harder to watch and listen to the excuses. But I predict he doesn't win another race unless someone takes out the top ten at the start of a race lol.
Lorenzo to Honda has been a debacle. I can't work out weather the Honda is just that hard to ride or Lorenzo is more precious about having a perfect bike than first thought. Crutchlow has come out and said the bike is setup for Marquez and the front end is impossible to push on without a ridiculous amount of input(helmet scraping lean angles). Yet Nakagami has shown flashes of form on last years bike... The kid has talent, perhaps a bit more refinement and he's a top 5 contender regularly?
Ducatti seem to be having some mid season issues with Dovi having a sad at every opportunity about the bike not turning. Miller says the bike will turn with rear wheel input but smokes the tyres 3 laps in if ridden that way. Will be interesting to see if they can rebound and jump back in the fight rather than fishing for survival spots in the top 5. My boy Miller has been improving and hopeful he can come home strong and be the first non-factory at the end. Bagnia finishing last race nearly a minute off the pace... at least he finished eh? Gonna get expensive for Pramac next season with Bagnia getting factory machinery to bin each round. Lucky he's a team 46 beneficiary.
Aprilia look to be either ready to concede it didn't work or find the cheque book and start developing. Espargaro is gonna openly weap and start beating women soon if he doesn't get some new go fast parts hahaha.
Fucking Rins! Seriously, how much harder can he make the season for himself? The man has moves but somehow manages to sabotage his weekend routinely. I'd like to see him up there pushing Marquez for the wins. Mir needs to get some results too, he's looked rattled any time he's near the front. Clearly he can ride but suffers the same sabotage issues as Rins.
MM is a freak but looks to have turned up more refined and ready to play the long game this year. Question for Honda is, can Lorenzo help develop a bike that works for more than just MM.
Morbedelli seems to be slowly building momentum and I dare say will be creeping closer to the front.
Top Gun... looks like he finally found a base setting and some testicles. Hopefully he's going to continue to run hard up front, fuck knows someone needs to apply some pressure to the title contenders.
My best prediction... I'll be watching from FP1 with a hard-on hahaha!

I need to invest more in moto2 and 3. Great classes with closer racing and that new triumph sound in moto2 is fucking awesome.
I do watch a few of the Moto3 races but tend to only watch every second Moto2 race. I think if Gardner hadn't of blown himself to pieces earlier in the season, he may have been more competitive and I woulda been more dedicated in following it.

Thats a great write up Camo! My highlights so far this year are a bit different haha 1. Iannone sending it way to hard on the in lap at Qatar 2. Iannone missing testing because he is recovering from plastic surgery 3. Abraham and Mir crashing on the warm up lap and blaming each other 4. The Lorenzo cruise missile, first time he has ever followed team orders?? 5. The Crashlow and Miller video link6. Miller setting fastest lap then crashing in Mugello 7. Smithers sending it so hard he broke Asparagus's knee without knocking him off the bike 8. Crashlow getting his best result with a broken leg, and the fact he broke it while stationary on a pushy 9. Fabio not crashing at all for nearly half the season 10. The super cringey pre season promos!

I am exactly the same... racing has been pretty good in teh moto 2 this year and i reckon i have seen waay more due to teh fact. Moto 3 is always fucking spastic. and the fact i ride a 125gp i feel like i am watching myself riding to honour, carving lap records and living the dream fucking models and snorting cocaine in between rounds and during qualifying. I mean i dont get too much into it but i enjoy it like.
