Unfortunately just a concept at the moment but it is an improvement over the recently released Africa Twin. Much closer to what I think most were hoping for. I do like it. Just needs rear racking so I can tie on bags and tent, bingo..All roads are open! |

I heard a rumour from Australia that Honda are bringing back 2 strokes with a clean emission injection engine in a 500cc 4 cylinder format that will enter Moto GP in 2019. Moto GP will receive a revolutionary new name and will be called "Grand Prix" wow - hiw futuristic is that !!!!! |

I've got a regular cb500f, which is very far from a custom build like that. It's my wife's old bike, which was replaced with an fz6r recently. Pretty much just sitting on it until the spring to hopefully get more for it

I was searching high and low for a white red and black CB500F when they were first released. All that were available were black...nope. I was dead set on the white red and black. Walk into my friendly multi brand shop (worked there as a youngin) they remembered me, gave me the welcome back treatment and broke the news, no white red and black for at least 3 mos..... fucking hell! I have 7 grand in my pocket, my helmet and I want a fucking bike.... interested in an FZ8? Sat on it..... write it up.! Ill be back on Saturday to take her home. Only during the post sale rundown did I find out it was #14 off the line and the former title was in the name: Yamaha Tradeshow and Exhibit divison. Id get a CB500f in a heartbeat as a box stock track bike or I would like to do a CB project like the black, gold pinstriped version....only in that wet looking silver paint they use on Benz AMG's and some deep gloss charcoal accents.... maybe early spring... Funny you say that, that's the color I have and Im selling it in the spring  Maybe I can ride it cross country to you and then fly home...... that sounds like fun |
