Fellas I need some help, the Gixxer came with PCIII and I am not too familiar with this unit, it looks like the unit has in line connectors with the plug coils and I've been trying to figure out how to run a healtech quickshifter with this set up. When used with the PC V you wire into the main harness via a 16 pin plug and leave the coils alone so fitting the HT QSE is easy. i am not sure if I would have to utilise the Dynojet quick shifter with this or even if a QS is comparable with PC III - can anyone throw some light in this !!! blanchy / Dennis this could be right up your avenue (I am being polite here) image

What year is the GSXR? I'll research.... From what I am seeing so far is the QS is available however compatability with other non DynoJet is questionable. i need to locate the year, model specific documents.... the main module should have several "hub" connections. And i am really impressed witht the USB datastick upload capability and side by side data/tune comparason. Individual cylinder tuning capabilities.... pretty sophisticated.... Year, model and i am off to the races...... Ok mate appreciate your research skills - 2005 GSXR 750 - I think it will be the Dynojet QS via the hub but I am not sure if this is the best way to do it !!

Right i think i have it worked out, The PC3 connects to the injectors and the iqse connects to the plug coils - can only work this way. Hey billeigh you sniffed out any discount Healtech quick shifters?

Hi Dennis, thanks mate and much appreciated. I think i am going to run with the healtech unit as i had it on my FZ1 and ran absolutely trouble free. its $100 more expensive but that last 100 could be the best $100 I will leave the PC III to do its thing. hoping to have the Quick shifter before the next track day.

forumsAnother option would be to just have the ECU re-flashed. Then pitch the PC3. With as many bikes as you have been playing with maybe you could look into the kit. Then get the cable for each new bike you buy. You could set up your own service down there. ftecu.com/shop/category/gsxr-750/

Seems extortion for a couple of check box ticks on a laptop. Cable wise we should be able to make them up if we buy required connectors to apply to ECU appropriate pins. Will look into this further.

I'm trusting these guys with my Gixxer, they talk good and have a bit of a following at the track but I will judge them myself when the bike is returned - I guess the Woolich tune is like the flash tune where the ECU is addressed directly - anyone any exoerience

Best investment he ever made for power he said, you should have a great tune from them.

I posted the results over in "counting down" I haven't done a track yet since the tune but have ridden it around the street a bit and there is defo a difference. Hope it's enough to give Jubby a run for his money ,,,,
