Didn’t quite go to plan. crazybollox is A padantic motherfucking pre madonna. He messages me in the morning and says don’t stress mate I’m running a bit behind schedule just polishing my Transfer ports. Im like yeah righto you mad cunt that ain’t gonna make you any quicker. Now taking into account crazy bollocks does not have much time to get the bike ready for the race weekend. This coming weekend he is in Cairns. And I’m pretty certain the weekend after that is doing something else as well. So yeah basically we’re talking about hours here and I don’t get any spare time in the week due to my busy life work balance. So Sunday arrives and I have already promised the kids that I will go see him. This really isn’t good timing for me. In the morning I have been messing around with my bike and I have discovered that the TPS in my bike Is still not working, even with the new unit I brought back from America. So I have spent the mornings ripping out the wiring harness and checking continuity. Both of my tps units will change the resistance however I cannot get any voltage out of the zeeltronic. My suspicions tell me that the unit itself is faulty and probably always has been since I bought it new around Christmas. So I have spent the first four hours of the morning removing the wiring harness and fucking about with it not my plan and putting me behind. Kids come doen shed dad cam we go grandmars and grandads. yeah fuck it i need a break anyways and wife is out workig so its a good time to spend some one on one time with the kids. We head dominoes and take a pizza up to maul when we get there. We arrive and i am intrigued to see what this fucker is up to, Here is the kids mum, have fun, i am going to take piss out of this maggot. He should be ready for a hand with his motor. It’s now 2 pm I originally planned to be there at around 9 am. I get there and the clown is still polishing his transfer ports. Righto i have an hour i say lets wash them barrels and let’s start measuring to get these pistons in. Least if i show him this step or stwo he can slap them in when i aint around. The RS250 Is essentially 2 x 125cc barrells. We check The ring gap, 0.38 mm on both barrels, both are obviously round and plated the same. . Ideally 0.24mm is teh golden free horse power range however not much we can do if vertex want to play it a bit safer the faggots. It will have to do. Piston clearance comes out at 0.06 mm again on both barrels, excellent and good clearance, maybe a little tight but its okay. we pull these machines down pretty much after every race weekend anyways to check the crown of the piston, underside of the piston and also to see if we have scarred teh barrels anywhere. I grab a quick beer and I’m off back to my place. Back into my shed and my fucking zeeltronic unit. I am just going to run a single ign curve now. WHich is fucked because i dont get the advantage of setting the power jet under different throttle positions, or different timing (maybe a degree or two here an there added when throttle is not wide open to give it extra ooomph), i also do not get the spark cut a 0% tps with anything above 8K rpm. This is huge thing on a two stroke and with a machine as highly strung as mine (125cc 47hp) evry little bit of extra cooling by un-burnt fuel at high rpm when rolling off for corners is very much appreciated. Wiring harness goes back into the bike. I get my gaskets and ally spacer ready to go onto the cases. I put three Bond sealant everywhere - no leaks going to happen on my watch. It’s all going pretty well so I continue. I fixed my Cylinder head to test the squish. Comes out at 0.69. nice and tight but yet again this piston will only last the round or maybe a round and a practice day so big deal... the crank bearing are also only good for 1500kms.. 900miles. but at 47hp and 125cc, something has to give. Will continue build this evening

Will be in there today again rebuilding with my old pistons and barrells and Suzuki heads just to play it safe unless I can get the pv shaft bush out as thete is far too much play. Send me the Invoice of the order from Suzuki Dale and I will prepay for you to collect.

You 2 stress me the fuck out! I get worried if I haven't sorted where I'm buying tyres from 2 or 3 weeks out!
And pitting with you, fuck me. If listening to you struggling to cook lasagne at midnight isn't bad enough, when the 5 min horn goes and Jubby starts changing his jets for the 4th time that day before he has even ridden then remembers he hasn't mixed fuel
