   Im concerned about my front suspension bottoming out at the track under hard braking... that cable tie will not move on its own this is all braking! Also the back tyres looks good now i think after messing with suspension last time |

Can you mark the fork just slightly above the bottoming out point with a grease pencil (or your ziptie)? If it get smudged or moved then you know for certain what you are dealing with.
Also, it's tires. You god damn kangaroo humper.

Try 1 turn of preload. You are waaaay too deep into the travel stroke. God bless ya, ya looney DG Thats what i thoughy mate... i have 2 rings showing on preload.... think that means i have a but too play. Is it more rings means more resistance/harder? |

Think of them like a screw and the rings being exposed threads. You have a a turn or two remaining. If that doesn't remedy it alone, add a click of dampening on the high speed circuit adjustment (lower fork leg). Dennis the menace Thanks Mate. I wasn't sure I kind of work in revere. Was having a squiz at Jubbys front forks yesterday, a little bit left to play with but I suspect old oil and standard springs a bit tired after 30k - it's good to know a few hundred bucks will give him rece tech product and massively increased control and feel, but bad knowing the fucker will go quicker still,
My bet is Jubby will be down to 1:08 Laps by April next year and will improve a little on that but then the 250cc legs will need to be lengthened for further improvement. We gonna have a play with the Zeeltronics on his RS so by the time it comes to installing on my RGV he will be an expert with it - haha I love short cuts !!!!

Haha love the above - and yes there is always a sneak suspicion that your night could be filled with anything but glee when you tuck into kilo's of sea creatures. Thankfully (up to now) no projectile vomiting to report !!!
