Good old northeast winter. I was eyeing one of the Virginia/North Carolina track days in March. Weather could still be really shitty so it'll have to be a last minute kind of decision for me. This could work though floridatrackdays.com

Let me find out what my audit schedule is for that month. We are switching things up in the next month or so and it's a bit uncertain.
If I'm not doing one that weekend, I'm definitely down for splitting a trip for the 26th day

Got an answer finally, and looks like the current audit schedule is going to stand and I will not be able to take off for that. Not going to try pushing my luck since I'm taking a week off in April already. I'll definitely see you at some local days though.

Sunday is a deal killer for me right now too, Ill save the Monday off for when its closer to home. Post tune results on truck have been excellent. Below 2400 is economy mode and according to my scangauge I am getting 27 mpg at 75MPH, above 2400 it really kicks in and is exactly what I have been looking for. Shifts have been firmed up and it locks the torque converter every up shift or downshift almost instantly, almost feels uncomfortable but it will give longevity to the trans and towing.

trailer is also set to go get bed lined end of this month.

Goal for tonight is to get the throttle to stop sticking. Not sure if its the really cold garage and lithium grease or its getting hung up somewhere.Ill probably be relocating the throttle cables to run over top of the master cylinder instead of under.

I know when i put the r6 throttle on the 8, my first mistake was using normal grease to grease the inside of the tube. it worked great at first but after about a day it gunked up i guess and the tube would get stuck whenever i let go of it. another issue i ran into was the throttle cables not lining up properly inside of the case. i basically couldnt close the case all the way and whenever i got remotely tight the throttle would once again get stuck. somehow it managed to fix itself while fiddling around with it and finally sat right where ever it needed to go. but those are two things to look out for. I personally never though grease would act like that on the inside of the tube. I went through and pulled a microfiber through the inside of the tube like 20 or so times until i got all the remnants out and then i used a little bit of the 6 in 1 dry lube and that was a much better option. havent had issues since.

It was about 20 in my garage the lithium grease must have just been a little hardened up. Throttle was fine when I went out there tonight in the 30s. Ran out of dzus fasteners had to order more from ebay and wait for them to come in next week.

Couldn't get the tank cover to ever fit right, and didnt trust the dented to fuck one to survive another crash. I picked up an brand new OEM tank last weekend. Its finally starting to come together, while garage falls slowly apart and is a fucking mess. Ran out of 1/4 rivets tonight which really pisses me off and puts me behind this week in what I want to get done. Started to mount the flushmount dzus fasteners
